Payments
Payments and costs
We use different payment methods: PayPal, Stripe (a company that handles all payments with all types of credit cards) and cash on delivery (cash payment upon delivery of the goods) and Bank Transfer.
Customers who wish to use a different payment method must contact Amatè Cosmesi Bio directly to agree on different conditions (write to: info@amatecosmesibio.com).
All sales prices of the Products on the site are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
All fees related to the use of the credit card (for example, currency conversion) are the responsibility of the Customer. All orders are subject to shipping costs, under €49.
Cancellation due to Error or Unavailability
You acknowledge that, despite our checks, product prices may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction even if the order has been confirmed. In the event that the amount has already been charged to your credit card, we will immediately refund the amount in question.
Refunds and Returns
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products ordered within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to AMATÈ Cosmesi Bio .... within the terms established by law.
The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to customized or loose products. The refund will be made within 30 days from the date on which the AmaTè company is informed with the methods above, of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
The Customer is required to ship the returned Products to the address AmaTè Cosmesi Bio .... within 30 (thirty) working days from exercising the right of withdrawal, with traceable shipping and costs paid by the Customer.

Shipping
Amatè Cosmesi Bio's commitment is to simplify and speed up shipping management as much as possible, but always respecting safety and clarity.

Delivery times, if indicated, cannot be considered binding for Amatè Cosmesi Bio, as they depend on non-ordinary and exceptional external factors such as, for example, particularly adverse weather conditions, road traffic outside of normal traffic volumes, strikes, special events, public holidays, demonstrations, etc...
We have standardized the price of shipping as low as possible, but without giving up our parameters of reliability and safety.
The shipping costs amount appears automatically on the cart page and therefore before confirming the order. No unpleasant surprises!!!
The purchase of our products has a shipping cost of € 4.99 throughout Italy.
ATTENTION: We offer free shipping in Italy for orders over €49.00.
When entering the address to which the shipment should be delivered, it is necessary to provide the data of an address that is always manned.
The courier will deliver the goods during the working day and is not required to make arrangements with the end customer for delivery to take place.
If the recipient is not present at the second delivery attempt, he/she will have to go and collect the goods from the nearest depot of the courier used within 3 working days to avoid additional logistics costs.
Amatè SRLS reserves the right to return the goods to sender in the event of non-delivery.
For shipments to Europe, the cost is €15.50
For shipments outside of the EU, costs are to be established based on the country of destination.
Our shipments are governed by the general conditions of transport.
